At Logical Mobile Laboratory, we are committed to providing accurate, timely, and professional laboratory services to all our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

Non-Refundable Services

All payments made for the following services are non-refundable:

• DNA Testing

• Any Type of Blood Testing

Due to the nature of these medical and diagnostic services, once a sample has been collected and testing has begun, the cost incurred is non-recoverable. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for these services under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Dissatisfaction with results

• Cancellation after sample collection

We encourage clients to ask questions and ensure they fully understand the testing process before making a purchase.

Exceptions

In the rare event of a laboratory error or a failed sample collection due to reasons on our part, we will review the case and may offer a retest at no additional cost. However, no monetary refunds will be issued.
