I'm Sabrina Hickenbotham, a Medical Laboratory Scientist who graduated from Arizona State University recently. Throughout the past 11 years, I've built my expertise through roles in nursing homes, hospitals, and laboratories. My journey began as a phlebotomist, but my fascination with the scientific side of lab work inspired me to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree after earning the Associates of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (ASCP) certification.

I am a mobile medical laboratory independent contractor, a vital part of being a Medicare and Medicaid provider means that I am committed to serving vulnerable populations such as the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and low-income individuals who rely on these government-funded insurance programs for their healthcare needs.

One of the main benefits of being a Medicare and Medicaid provider is that I have the opportunity to reach a wide range of patients who may not have access to private insurance. This allows me to contribute to the overall improvement of public health by providing essential testing and diagnostic services to those who need it most. By being a part of these government-funded programs, I am not only able to provide critical healthcare services but also help reduce health disparities and promote equal access to care for all individuals.
