DNA Testing Appointment Policy – Deposit Required
To schedule your DNA testing appointment, a $25 deposit is required. This secures your spot and goes toward your total cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of your test before any testing begins. No exceptions. Details about payment are also available under the Payments section of this website.

We use Stripe, a secure and trusted nationwide platform, to collect deposits and payments. Stripe accepts all major debit and credit cards. Final payments need to be made via the website under "payments tab"

Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen and money can be tight. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be fully refunded. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a lost deposit. This policy helps us serve everyone fairly and stay on schedule.
