The Prevention & Awareness Project

The Prevention & Awareness Project
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to health education, community awareness, and disease prevention. Through outreach events, workshops, and on-site screenings, we bring science and care directly into the community. Our goal is to empower individuals with knowledge and resources to take charge of their health and build healthier futures.

Community Testing with Purpose

As part of our mission, The Prevention & Awareness Project provides convenient, on-site testing designed to meet the needs of both older adults and young children. These screenings help catch health concerns early and give families peace of mind.

Examples include:

  • Lead testing for babies and young children to protect their growth and development.

  • Diabetes checks, blood pressure screenings, and other preventive tests for seniors and older adults to support healthier living and independence.

Our goal is to make preventive testing easy, accessible, and meaningful for every generation.

“At our community events, everything is ready for you — from on-site preventive screenings to educational materials — no doctor’s order needed.”
